Healthy Hot Tea Recipe To Feel Warm

As the weather is chilly all we want is a hot cup of tea. I am sharing a healthy tea recipe that is packed with antioxidants and can improve digestion, treat nausea, reduce inflammation.
It is a perfect way to fight cold and boost the immune system in chilly winters.

Ingredients


2cups of water

2 wedges of ginger

One cinnamon stick

One teaspoon lemon juice

One teaspoon of honey

Recipe


Boil water in a pan for few minutes.
When it boils add wedges of ginger and cinnamon stick.
Let it simmer for a few minutes, then strain it.
Pour in a cup and add honey or lemon juice.
Serve it hot with lemon slices.
