You need to be smart enough in setting the goals that are realistic, specific measurable and attainable. You must know what you want, what resources you have at your disposal to accomplish them, how to break them into smaller tasks and how to evaluate them.
Stop Making Excuses And Start Working On Your Goals
In life either we have excuses or results. If you want to grow, you will have to work hard for it, step out of your comfort zone and take practical steps. You have to fight with your laziness, obstacles, uncertainty, challenges and make it happen.
Goals would be so much exciting and worth pursuing if you go after them with resolve and dedication. You will realize that you can achieve anything you want as long as you are willing to work for it.
Use Your Time Wisely
Time is the most precious thing. Time management can be a powerful tool to get things done in a more efficient way.
Every minute of your day work matters. Stop wasting time on unnecessary things that don't matter and invest your time on things that would bring value. Allocate specific time for each task and try to make the most of it.
Time is the most valuable asset, so invest it wisely.
Focus 100 % And Avoid Distractions
"What we choose to focus on and what we choose to ignore _ plays in defining the quality of your life"

Without focus, there is no productive work. It's time to eliminate the distractions that are holding you back from performing your best. Switch off your mobile, turn off your TV, stop saying yes to everything that wastes steal your valuable time.
When your mind is cleared of distractions, it allows you to focus deeply, make better choices and to act more confidently.
Don't Focus On Mistakes But learn From Them
Another good way to accomplish more is not to worry about mistakes. Mistakes are an inevitable part of work-life, something you can't avoid.
The only mistake that we make is to focus and worry so much about them. So, don't do this and instead take a moment to reflect on what you have learned.
Out of every mistake, there is a lesson to learn that stays with you for longer than the mistake. Learn the lesson and move forward.
Stop Multitasking
"Working on the right thing is probably more important than working hard."

Do you know multitasking is the biggest enemy to quality work. According to research by Sussex University multitasking lower your brain density and damage your brain to not function properly.
By trying to do everything we only overwhelm ourselves and won't have the time and energy to focus on what actually matters. Deep work is all about focussing on one task at a time.
Don't Hesitate To Ask For Help
Don't shy it away from asking others for help, when you need it. Sometimes it is good to get a helping hand in challenging situations to avoid stress.
Seek advice and opinions of others in helpless situations. It would be highly valuable for your productivity.
Be open to learning from others. It's through the learning process that we grow and expand.
Enjoy Your Breaks
Don't forget to take breaks. Your brain needs some rest time to get back in work mode. During the break take a stroll, stretch your body, drink juice to stay hydrated, or simply spend some time outdoors to get fresh air.
During breaks don't do anything related to your work. By spending some time away from your work will refresh you and charge your battery to get back to work in a more solid way.
So start doing what you have to do Now. Don't waste your time thinking about it doing it later!
