Mint Cucumber Smash
This easy recipe is a refreshing mix of cucumber, mint, lemon, and enticing spices that leaves you cool amidst the scorching heat outside.
Ingredients
1 Peeled and sliced Cucumber
1 Peeled and sliced Pear
3 to 4 mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
2 to 3 peppercorns
2 glass of water
3 tablespoon Sugar, you can add sugar as per your preference
Ice cubes
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon rock salt
Few mint leaves and lemon wedges for garnishing
Method
Put all the ingredient's in a blender and blend. Pour in a glass and serve it with lemon wedges and mint leaves.
Strawberry Lemon Slush
It's a delightful drink to feel refreshing and hydrated with the goodness of fresh fruits, mint, and lime.
Ingredients
I/2 cups strawberries
1/2 pineapple chunks
2 glass of water
Few mint leaves
3 to 4 peppercorns
Rock salt 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 2 tablespoon
2 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
Ice cubes
Mint leaves for garnishing
Method
In a blender add all the ingredients and blend for a few minutes. Fill the glass with ice cubes and garnish it with mint leaves. Now sit, drink, and enjoy.
