Ingredients


1 ripe banana, peeled, broken into chunks

1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter

1 cup strawberries

1 cup blueberries

1 cup  baby spinach

1 tbsp flaxseed

1/2 cup crushed ice


DIRECTIONS:


Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid or ice as desired.  Serve immediately or store in an airtight glass container for up to 8 hours. 



Healthy Blueberry Muffin Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:


2 cups Milk or Almond Milk

1cup Vanilla Yogurt or Greek Yogurt,

 2 1/2 cups Blueberries, fresh or frozen

 1 1/2 cup oats

 2 Tbsp. Honey

 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

  1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

  Large Handful of Ice

Instructions:


Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Pour in a glass.

Serve immediately.

Chocolatey Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS:


1  banana peeled and cut into slices

2  cups coconut milk unsweetened

2  cups strawberries

1 tablespoon cacao powder

½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Coconut whipped cream on top optional

INSTRUCTIONS:


Blend strawberries and coconut milk until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth.

Top with a dollop of coconut whipped cream if desired.
