Lemons are rich in antioxidants , vitamin C which help to increase your immunity and help with fight and cold.
Lemons contain some amount of hesperidin, which has been known to reduce intensity of hypertension.

Ingredients


2 Cups Water

1 tbsp Lemon juice

1/2 tsp Tea powder

1 tbsp Honey

1 slice of ginger

1 Lemon wedge for garnishing


Instructions


Boil water in a pan on high flame.

When water boils add tea powder and slice of ginger and let it steep for few minutes.

After 3 to 4 minutes take it off from the flame.

Strain the tea and then pour in a cup.

Add the lemon juice, honey and mix well.

Add a lemon wedge and serve it hot.

This lemon tea is easy to make and packed with health benefits.
